Frequently asked questions

Does it work offline?

Yes. Extract the buyer ZIP and open the standalone HTML file in a current desktop browser. Its core data stays in that browser.

Does it connect to my bank?

No. Enter your verified opening cash and your own expected and actual receipts and payments.

How are risk alerts calculated?

The app compares each week's closing cash with zero and a safety threshold you set. It cannot identify intraday or intraweek cash dips.

Can I test a late customer payment?

Yes. A scenario can delay planned collections without changing the live records. It may push receipts beyond the 13-week view.

Does changing currency convert my amounts?

No. It only changes the displayed unit. Convert amounts independently before entering them if needed.

How do I preserve my records?

Export JSON backups regularly and test a restore. CSV import/export covers cash records, not the entire workspace.
