This policy explains the information used by nexalyplanner.com and the choices available to visitors. The public website, downloadable offline apps and optional Google Sheets copies have different storage arrangements.
Contact and purchases
If you email us, you provide the name, reply address and message you choose to send. Our contact form prepares an email draft in your email app; it does not submit a message to our website server. You must send the draft yourself. We use received messages to answer questions and investigate product or order issues.
Our payment provider handles checkout and card information. Order information and a contact email may be used to provide the purchased download, confirmations and support. We do not receive or store your full card details. We do not operate a newsletter signup form on this website.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures website visits and selected planner-button, template-download, Google Sheets-copy-link and product-link clicks. Reports can include approximate location, device information and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. A recorded click is not proof of a completed download or purchase.
We do not send planner entries, names, notes, schedules or imported records to Analytics. Declining analytics still allows access to the website and planners. Use Analytics settings at the bottom left to change your choice; declining stops our analytics events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Browser settings provide additional cookie controls.
Offline files and Google Sheets copies
Downloaded offline apps use the local storage described in their individual guides and do not include this website's Analytics script. Keep appropriate data backups; a copy of an app file may not contain browser-stored entries.
If you choose a Google Sheets copy, Google stores that copy and any information you enter in your Google account under Google's terms and privacy settings. The shared NexalyPlanner master is a blank or fictional-example template. Check the sharing settings of your own copy before entering private records. You can use the local Excel download instead.
Advertising preparation
We are preparing this website for Google AdSense. At this policy update, no AdSense advertising tag is installed and advertising consent messages have not been activated.
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and participating advertising providers may place or read cookies or use other identifiers and information such as IP address, browser details and interactions for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalization. Read Google's advertising privacy information and Google's ad preference controls.
Advertising will require its own appropriate consent and choice setup before activation. The current Analytics settings button is not a Google-certified advertising consent platform. When advertising starts, this policy will be updated to identify the active advertising choices, providers and how visitors can change their decisions.
Service providers and retention
Payment, email and consented analytics providers process information as needed for the services described above. We do not sell your personal data. We retain received support and order information for the purposes for which it was provided and applicable business obligations. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.
Your choices and contact
You can decline optional analytics, change its setting, control cookies in your browser and choose local files instead of a Google Sheets copy. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you sent to us, email info@nexalyplanner.com or use our contact page.
